- When the candidate applies to a specific position, they must fill out the referral field and reference your name, email address, and phone number so we know how to get in touch with you.
- You will receive $500 once the referred full-time candidate has been employed with their new company for the guarantee period, typically ranging from 90 to 120 days.

If your referred candidate is hired for one of our full-time roles, then you will receive your $500 bonus after the candidate has completed the guarantee period. The guarantee period is different for each position, but it’s typically between 90 and 120 days.
Once the guarantee period is over and the candidate is still employed and in good standing with the company, then a member of our team will reach out to you to request up-to-date contact information to ensure we mail your bonus in a timely manner.
The more you share our open roles, the better chance you will have to earn a referral bonus.
