Kathleen founded Naviga in 2002 and has led the organization to significant growth and marketing leadership. Prior to Naviga, she led the recruiting function at a variety of high-tech software and telecommunications companies.
Caroline joined Naviga in 2007 and has personally managed relationships with hundreds of our top clients. Her experience spans nearly every facet of recruiting and her attention to detail is an asset for our clients.
Amber joined Naviga in 2013 as a National Search Coordinator and was later promoted to a Talent Acquisition Lead. Amber challenges the status quo, gains the trust of candidates and clients and builds strong relationships.
Chelsea joined Naviga in January of 2019. She is heavily involved in supporting our Marketing and Operations teams, and is behind our extensive social media presence. She is an integral part of keeping the Naviga engine up and running.
Janice joined Naviga in June of 2021 as a Special Project Coordinator. Her 20+ years of sales and marketing experience is invaluable to her team. Her efforts support our operations, sales, marketing and recruiting functions.
Hannah joined Naviga in 2022 after completing her BBA from Strayer University. She is an Air Force Veteran where she served as an Intelligence Analyst for 7 years. She brings her analytical and high level of discernment to the talent acquisition industry.
Codi joined Naviga in January of 2022 as a National Recruiter. She has extensive experience with retail management and has a passion for recruiting talent! Her favorite part about recruiting is making lasting relationships and seeing the quality shine.
Matt joined Naviga in 2023 as a National Recruiter. He has experience in various roles supporting candidates & clients and is passionate about building strong bonds with them. Matt graduated from the University of Tampa with a bachelor’s degree.
Deb brings over a decade of sourcing and recruitment experience across diverse industries. With a BS in Communication and an MS in Human Services, she’s passionate about connecting organizations with top talent.
Kyle joined the Naviga team in 2020 and is our video production guru. He’s incredible at editing podcasts, video clips and testimonials. Kyle is currently working on his film degree at Columbia College in Hollywood, CA.
