“The submittal questions were an extension of the resume and profile. The recruiter asked the candidates very deep questions, which gave a lot more color to the person’s characteristics,” said Jun.

The approach in which Naviga identified and presented its best candidates was exceptional. Chemrez intended to give an offer to not one prospective candidate but two, for the US Sales Manager position.

“We had such a dilemma deciding between two of the candidates and we, in fact, made an offer to both candidates. So we were that pleased with both candidates,” said Jun.
