Naviga’s fees are paid by our employer clients in the event you are hired.
How do I apply for a position?
Not sure how to apply for a job with a recruiter? Visit our Career Opportunities page and view our current open positions. After reviewing the requirements, if your skills meet the specific requirements for one or more positions, please click “Apply for this Job” and complete all fields on the application. If no position meets your current interest, you can submit your resume to us for future consideration.

What should I do if I haven’t heard back from an application?

Can someone review my resume and give me advice?
If you are presented to one of our clients for an open position, Naviga will gladly provide feedback on your resume to help highlight your strengths for that specific role. Outside of an active recruiting process, we are unable to review resumes.
Do you offer career coaching?
We don’t currently provide career coaching services. Our focus is on partnering with candidates during active searches and supporting them throughout the recruiting process.

At this time, all candidate meetings are conducted virtually as part of our recruiting process, and we’re unable to accommodate in-person meetings.
