Naviga SIMPLE IRA: Market-leading employer match

Up to 3% company match. Employees must have earned at least $5,000 compensation from Naviga in the prior calendar year and earn or expect to earn at least $5,000 from Naviga in the current year. Simple eligibility requirements apply.

Long-Term Disability

Maximum Benefit: 60% of your pre-disability earnings, not to exceed a monthly amount of $8,000. Simple eligibility requirements apply after 90 days of continuous employment.

Parental Leave

Employees with 3+ years of service receive 4 weeks of fully paid leave for the birth or adoption of a child — available to both mothers and fathers.

Bereavement Leave

Immediate Family (Spouse, Parent, Child, Sibling): 3 days paid Grandparents or In-laws: 1 day paid
