What types of contract jobs are available?
Naviga offers a wide range of marketing positions including digital marketing, leadership, design and development positions. How long should I expect my contract to last?
The length of commitment is different for each position, but our assignments can range from short-term projects to long-term contracts and temp-to-permanent placements.
Is there a cost for your service?
No. Our fees are paid by employers who would utilize your services.
How do I begin the employment process?
Start by filling out our Apply for Contract Positions form and uploading your resume. A recruiter will review your application and contact you to discuss any open positions that match your skills and qualifications.
Should I apply to multiple positions I’m interested in?
Yes. A designated recruiter is assigned to each position, and they will receive a notification when you apply for the opening. The recruiter will then follow up with you if your skills and qualifications match the job requirements of the job.
What are next steps after I apply for a position online?

What should I do if I haven’t heard back after I submitted my application?
Due to the large volume of applications we receive, we appreciate your patience while our recruiters review your background. However, if you feel strongly about your candidacy and haven’t been contacted after 48 hours, call us at 866-487-4156 between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:30 pm EST.

Your paycheck will be issued by our partner ECS. They process payroll weekly and offer direct deposit on each check.
