Our cutting edge, Financial Services Client is seeking a UX Strategist to join their team!
The UX Strategist will contribute user experience expertise and assets during the conception and delivery of digital solutions for mobile, tablet and desktop devices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Lead hands-on experience design workshops with clients; collect and digest requirements in order to formulate recommended solutions
– Conduct research and lead user testing and user interviews to gain consumer insights and optimize the consumer experience
– Effectively communicate research findings, experience designs and rationale
– Create characters (personas), storyboards, sketches, sitemaps, taxonomies, user flows, wireframes, user stories and high-fidelity design specifications
– Iterate experience designs based on feedback from internal team and clients
– Mentor and collaborate with UX Designers
– Collaborate directly with clients, project managers, visual designers and developers
– Cultivate a positive, solutions-oriented approach to resolving new and difficult challenges
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
– 5+ years UI design experience with web and mobile products
– Experience designing complex applications
– Expertise in interaction design, information architecture and visual design
– Skilled at rapid, iterative prototyping and Lean Startup / Lean UX principles
– Proficient designing and conducting qualitative user testing
– Experience using product analytics and A/B testing to optimize experiences
– Formally educated in Human-Computer Interaction or similar field with related work experience
