Where Do You Find Your Candidates?

Naviga utilizes an extensive list of recruiting techniques to identify and recruit prospective candidates. Do You Recruit From My Direct Competitors?

It depends on the requirements of the search. Many of our clients choose to use a broader search than direct competitors to cast a wider net for the best sales talent available, knowing they can train on the technical knowledge of their products and services.
