CEO / Founder
Kathleen founded Naviga in 2002 and has led the organization to significant growth and marketing leadership. Prior to Naviga, she led the recruiting function at a variety of high-tech software and telecommunications companies.
Kevin joined Naviga in 2012 after spending over 20 years in executive level sales, marketing and operations positions in the telecommunications, software, and photography industries.
Caroline joined Naviga in 2007 and has personally managed relationships with hundreds of our top clients. Her experience spans nearly every facet of recruiting and her attention to detail is an asset for our clients.
Senior Executive Recruiter
Deborah is a highly experienced executive recruiter working nationally across a wide variety of industries including retail, hospitality, technology, financial services, and industrial. Prior to joining Naviga in 2007, she headed recruiting operations for a major banking institution in the South.
Senior National Recruiter
Gina joined Naviga in 2010 and offers more than 8 years of experience in the recruiting business. Her expertise extends throughout an array of industries all across the US. She has successfully recruited and placed countless sales and marketing professionals including executive leaders, managers, and individual contributors.
Senior National Recruiter
Amy has over 12 years of executive level recruiting and business development experience in leading organizations. Skilled in the development of search strategies and defining the needs of clients, Amy has broad executive search experience in Sales, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Marketing and IT in both the public and private sectors.
Caitlin began working in Naviga’s marketing department in 2013. She earned her bachelor’s in journalism from the University of Florida prior to joining Naviga. She continues to help drive Naviga’s online presence and content creation.
Director of Business Development
Jake Stinson has joined the Naviga Team as Director of Business Development. He is a highly effective sales and account management professional with 17 years of progressive experience within various industries, 11 of those years specifically in sales management. Prior to starting his business career, Jake served in the United States Army as a Tank Operator.
Chief Talent Coordinator
Amber became a Team Member of Naviga in 2013 as a National Search Coordinator and Executive Assistant. She’s involved in many different facets of the organization and works behind the scenes on each project.
National Recruiting Coordinator
Tammie joined Naviga as a National Recruiter in 2014 after spending the last 4 years at Target as a Human Resources Team Member and 5 years as co-owner of a national Fiber Optics business.
Kari joined Naviga as a National Recruiter in 2016. Her experience with Executive level recruiting and client management, as well as her attention to detail and excellent communication skills is an asset to our candidates and clients. She has successfully placed all levels of Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance and Administrative professionals.
Lynne joined Naviga in 2017 with several years of remote administrative experience. Prior to joining Naviga she has wide array of professional experience in wellness management and marketing. Her efficiency and attention to detail is well suited to perform behind the scene tasks and projects for Naviga.
